I think we can all agree I lost it earlier .. Sorry for that. I think we can also all agree when someone knocks your car you put a TON of effort into it's like getting kicked in the nuts by a stranger (maybe like having a stranger slam you in the nuts with his keyboard) either way. Sorry for how I responded.
Update: If I don't post for awhile it's because I'm sitting in a jail cell. Looks like I could have 3-50 days of jail time ahead of me for the driving while license suspended charge. BUT that's if I get convicted and that's if the judge woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Otherwise I'll be holding off on new car parts (not really). I don't have much other choices than not drive my car at all and that won't get me to work which won't get my rent paid which would make me homeless which I then still wouldn't be able to pay these surcharges ..
Anyhow anywho anyway - Sorry.

You need to figure out how to unsuspend your liscense.
I would not be driving around a lot on a suspended license after being caught doing it. If any cop runs your plate you WILL be pulled over and then probably get the 3-50 days in jail.
You may have to get a bicycle or something. Or bus.

Well here's hoping you don't get jail time, and that your lesson is learned the easy way.

Good luck. I had my license pulled for 30 days due to too many speeding tickets a few years ago. I didn't drive for 30 days. Longest 30 days ever. I might be the only person I know who actually didn't drive while my license was on suspension. My new driver's license picture for the next 5 years was hilariously bad because I rode my bike to the RMV to get my new license and my hair was a sweaty mess of helmet-head.
Dress clean, be polite and apologize sincerely to the judge (don't overdo it) and you might get lucky.

Sorry to hear it man. Have Datsun. Get all that stuff cleared up and it's a chance to get your life in order. A reset button. If your local peeps are part of the problem, enablers, etc. you'll have a chance to consider an exit strategy.

I sincerely hope all of this works out for you.
That being said, I also sincerely hope you take this as an opportunity to step back and reflect a little. I certainly don't know your whole story since all I have to go on is what I've read in a few posts, but it sounds like there's a bit of room for improvement in attitude and decision making (something that is true for all of us).
Best of luck and here's to a happy reunion between you and a fully legal license!

Straighten yourself out dude. I don't think you really need to apologize to anyone but yourself.

In Texas you can get a restricted driver's license to get to and from work if your license is suspended. You have to talk to a lawyer about it for sure though.

Don't drive without a license man. Not worth it.

This is what happened to DatASSun from his perspective after someone made some negative comments on a post he made. And nothing more needs to be said.
